What this is

A thank-you giveaway for people who show up, pay attention and take action during The Director's Summit. One prize is given away each day, spun live on the show's Director's Jackpot.

Who can enter

Anyone 18 or older who is registered for The Director's Summit. Day 1 and Day 2 are free to enter. Day 3 is a thank-you for our VIP backstage guests. Staff, speakers and their households may play along for fun but can't win.

How to enter (up to 3 entries each day)

Enter in the lobby at summit.thedirectorshq.com/live (VIP guests can also enter from the backstage portal). You'll get a 4-digit entry number. Keep it: it's how we match a winner.

Day 1:

  1. Follow @thecreativelabhq, make your "I'm Attending" badge and post it tagging @thecreativelabhq.
  2. Enter the code word from the Day 1 live poll.
  3. Enter the code word given out live on Day 1.

Day 2:

  1. Follow @thecreativelabhq and check in for Day 2 in the lobby.
  2. Answer the question about yesterday's episodes of THE ORIGINAL.
  3. Answer the question about today's episode of THE ORIGINAL.

Day 3 (VIP):

  1. Follow @thecreativelabhq and check in backstage.
  2. Answer the question about yesterday's episodes of THE ORIGINAL.
  3. Answer the question about today's episode of THE ORIGINAL.

Questions open live during the show, so pay attention.

Each entry is one slice on that day's wheel. Code words are only shared live, so pay attention.

The drawing

Each day is a fresh drawing; entries don't carry over between days. The wheel picks at random from every slice entered that day before entries close. The winner must be live in the Zoom with their camera on when their name is drawn. If they aren't, we spin again.

One win per person

Each person can win once across the whole Summit. Our team verifies the winner by matching their name and 4-digit entry number, and may ask for a screenshot of their entry.

Prizes

  • Day 1: DJI Mic Mini
  • Day 2: Beats Pill speaker
  • Day 3 (VIP): DJI Osmo Nano camera kit

We'll contact winners by the email they entered with. Prizes can't be exchanged for cash. If a prize can't be delivered or a winner doesn't respond within 7 days, we may award it to someone else.

Fair play

One identity per person. We may remove fake, duplicate or abusive entries. Entries made by bots or scripts don't count.

We use your name, email and Instagram handle only to run this giveaway and to send you Summit updates. Only your name, entry number and handle are ever shown on screen. Never your email.
